With Princess Mary's defection attempt ending in failure, the Kingdom's Home Office captures Team White Pigeon. Upon learning that the girls are spies for the Commonwealth, the Duke of Normandy orders them to act as double agents for the Kingdom. Princess is placed directly under the Duke's control, while the other four are temporarily released under strict surveillance.

Meanwhile, the incident leads the Commonwealth to suspect that Team White Pigeon may themselves be double agents. To test their loyalty, Control assigns them a new mission: make contact with a certain man. Ange, Dorothy, Beatrice, and Chise infiltrate a factory to carry it out.
