■Ep. 1 Dream
It is the prefectural final of the National High School Soccer Championships. Yoichi Isagi, a first-year high school forward, is denied a chance to play in the national tournament when he makes a pass to his teammate in front of the goal. He receives an invitation to the Blue Lock. It is a special football project funded by the Japanese Football Union with the goal to develop the world's best striker out of 300 selected High School forwards. Without knowing what to expect Yoichi and his friends are gathered in a small room and face an entrance test to determine which one out of the twelve with be eliminated from the dormitory.
