Amate Yuzuriha, a high school girl living a peaceful life in a space colony, meets a mysterious girl named Nyaan who pulls her into the world of Clan Battles—illegal underground Mobile Suit duels. Taking on the name Machu and piloting the GQuuuuuuX, Amate throws herself into fierce battles every day. Meanwhile, both the military and the police are on the hunt for an unknown Mobile Suit Gundam and its pilot, Shuji, who suddenly appear before her. The world is on the brink of a new era.
