Persia Hayami is an 11-year-old girl who grew up in Africa. While traveling back to Japan by plane, she becomes separated from her flight and finds herself lost in the fairyland known as "Lovely Dream."

There, Persia is entrusted with a magical baton by the fairies and asked to gather the love energy needed to save their world. Using this magic, she gains the ability to transform into a teenage girl of any profession.

With her boundless vitality and naturally nosy personality, Persia throws herself into people's lives, drawing out their love energy. Though she often stumbles and fails, each encounter brings new connections, and she continues moving forward, meeting all kinds of people along the way.
