《Story》
Makoto Fukami fought alongside Kamen Rider Ghost, also known as Takeru Tenkuji, living his life with unwavering passion. Determined to make his best friend Alain's dream a reality, Makoto journeys to the Gamma World together with his beloved sister, Kanon. But an unforeseen incident casts him into the depths of despair. What cruel fate awaits Makoto, now burdened with a grave sin...?
Despite the support of Makoto, Kanon, Akari, and Onari, Alain's plan to restore the blue sky to the Gamma World does not unfold as hoped. Dissatisfaction among the citizens begins to grow, and signs of unrest spread throughout the world.
At that moment, Danton - one of the co-creators of the Gamma World - suddenly appears. Once consumed by his obsession with creating the "perfect human," Danton ultimately clashed with Alain's father, Adonis, and went his own way.
Now, however, Danton's ideals begin to resonate with the disillusioned citizens of Gamma World. Gradually, even Makoto finds himself drawn to Danton's vision, and like Danton and Adonis before them, Makoto and Alain begin to drift apart.
Soon, Makoto uncovers the shocking truth behind his and Kanon's birth. And who is Chloe, the mysterious girl who calls Makoto "big brother"?
As Makoto confronts the weight of his own "sins," a new Specter is born. But who is the true "final enemy" he must now face?
