◆WATER SEVEN Story
The Straw Hats arrive at the oceanic metropolis of Water 7 to find a shipwright who can repair the Going Merry, as well as potentially join their crew. They soon become targeted by the Franky Family, the city's underground gang, and are getting involved into a plot within the Galley-La Company. Between the disappearance of Robin and a schism that develops between Luffy and Usopp, the crew begins to fall apart.

◆ENIES LOBBY Story
The Straw Hats, Sogeking, the Franky Family, and the shipwrights of the Galley-La Company arrive at Enies Lobby aboard the Rocketman to rescue Nico Robin and Franky. Standing in their way, however, are the forces of the World Government, including its deadly assassin organization, CP9. A massive battle ensues between the two sides when Luffy declares war against the World Government.

◆CP9 Story

◆MERRY Story
Aftter Luffy Defeats Lucci the Going Merry arrives just in time to save them before being surrounded by the navy. Unfortunately the Going Merry has taken too much damage and is beyond repair. Luffy and the rest of his crew give Merry a viking funeral, setting her ablaze for her final voyage. As the crew lament the funeral of their ship, they each hear the soul of Merry, thanking them for taking good care of her. After receiving a new ship Frankie joins the crew as shipwright and the crew sails off with the navy hot on their heels.
