Rainbow Town is located on the outskirts of Tokyo. The town's Boy Scout troop is divided into two groups, the East and the West, after an incident between them.
The two rival groups decide to settle their differences when a new student is invited to join the troop. The first group to arrive at the abandoned factory known as "The Devil's Summit" wins, and the losing group is disbanded. However, the "The Devil's Summit" is in a deep forest where no one would dare enter. It is said to be a place where a stolen treasure is hidden. At the same time, a group of delinquents who had heard rumors of the treasure also made plans to head for the abandoned factory. Three groups set their sights on the same goal.
What will be the outcome of the competition? And does the treasure really exist?
