Shiro Kanzaki , the creator of the Rider Fight and the one responsible for distributing Rider Decks to random people, declares that the time left to finish the fight is three days.
Miho Kirishima (Kamen Rider Femme) joins the final battle, and Ryuga opens the final door to the mirror world.
Monsters flood into the real world from mirrors everywhere. At the end of the world approaches, Ryuki, Knight, and Femme must face off against the monsters and Ryuga.
However, the final door has been opened and their time is running out. Only one can survive. What will be the fate of Ryuki and the world?
